General purpose FDM
It prints reliably with high dimensional accuracy and a quality surface finish. This makes it an ideal material for a range of applications – from detailed prototypes to simple manufacturing jigs and gauges.
Excellent flexural strength (103 MPa)
Good impact strength (Izod tested to 5.1 kJ/m²)
High hardness (83 Shore D)
Low melting temperature (from 145 °C)
Tough PLA is a technical PLA (polylactic acid) material with a toughness similar to ABS. It is ideal for printing functional prototypes and tooling at larger sizes – without fear of delamination or warping.
Good flexural strength (78 MPa)
High hardness (79 Shore D)
Melting temperature (151 °C)
Greater machinability than PLA allows more post-processing techniques
Similar strength and higher stiffness compared to ABS
No delamination or warping for reliable printing of larger parts
ABS provides engineers with a low-cost approach for development cycles, allowing them to quickly design, print, and test prototypes before entering full production.
By 3D printing ABS, you can accurately simulate the form, fit, and function of an end-use part’s performance – giving you confidence in the final design.
Withstands temperatures of up to 85 °C
Achieve aesthetic detail that rivals injection molded parts
Engineering grade FDM
PVDF [Polyvinylidene fluoride] is a high-performance polymer offers exceptional thermal and chemical resistance for industrial-grade printing. Rated for uses up to 150°C – this filament can be used in demanding applications and under the most extreme conditions. PVDF is resistant to most chemicals and solvents making it a great fit for applications that will be exposed to harsh environments.
Low smoke and flame characteristics (base resin is rated V-0)
Inherently UV-resistant (H-F bonds are very stable in exterior applications)
Excellent resistance to a broad range of chemicals, such as automotive fluids (oil, gas, lubricants), fully halogenated hydrocarbons, alcohols, acids and bases
ESD-Safe with a 10^6 to 10^9 ohm surface resistivity on 3DP sample using concentric ring test method.
PA12 is widely used in a variety of industries due to its excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, and wide processing window.
High thermal properties: 150°C HDT @ 0.45MPa
Continuous Use Temp (10,000 Hrs) of 120°C
Superior chemical resistance compared to PA6 type nylons
Excellent strength and stiffness over a wide temperature range – up to 150°C
